Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We deliver across all of Egypt. Orders to Cairo & Giza arrive in 3–5 business days. Other governorates take 5–7 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation. Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number to check the latest status at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Egypt only. We are working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned.

What are JALIRY products made from?
Each product is made from carefully selected premium materials. Full details and specifications are listed on each individual product page.
How do I choose the right size?
Most of our caps and headwear fit all head sizes and feature an adjustable strap for a perfect fit. Where sizing varies, a detailed size guide is available on the product page.
Can I inspect the product before paying?
Absolutely. All JALIRY orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You have the right — and we strongly encourage you — to inspect your item carefully before handing payment to the courier. If anything looks wrong, let us know immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order when the courier delivers it?
Yes — and this is the only time you can return it. All JALIRY orders are Cash on Delivery. When the courier arrives, inspect your item before paying. If anything is wrong — wrong item, damage, or any issue — refuse the delivery on the spot and contact us on WhatsApp immediately. Once you accept the order and pay the courier, we are unable to process a return.
What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted at the moment of delivery — before you pay and accept the package from the courier. Items must be in original, unopened condition. Once the delivery is accepted and payment is made, returns are no longer possible.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Who covers return shipping costs?
If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover all return shipping costs. For size or preference changes, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How do I exchange an item?
Reach out to us via WhatsApp and our team will guide you through the exchange process step by step.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier when your order arrives — no advance payment, no card required.
When exactly do I pay?
Payment is collected at your door when the courier hands you the package. Because all orders are COD, you always get to see your item before paying.
