Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
3. How to Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
5. Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:
- The item is defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- The item does not match the description
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@jaliry.com.
